- Take Interstate 64.
- Take Interstate 264-West
- Take exit 7 toward Downtown Portsmouth trough Downtown Tunnel
- Take hard RIGHT at first exit coming out of tunnel onto Bart Street.
- At Crawford Circle, take the 2nd exit onto Crawford Street.
- Turn RIGHT at Columbia Street.
- Columbia Street turns left and becomes Water Street.
- Hotel located at end of Water Street.

- Take I-64 to I-664 South/Suffolk.
- Take the US-17 exit/VA-164 toward James River Bridge.
- Keep left at the fork, follow signs VA-164/Portsmouth and merge onto VA-164East.
- Take the exit onto US-58 West.
- Continue on VA-337 Alt S
- Exit onto London Blvd/VA-141 toward Downtown Portsmouth
- Continue to follow London Blvd.
- Turn left at Water St
